Call for Contributions
International Symposium of the 27th Edition of Carthage Theatre Days
As part of its 27th edition, to be held in Tunisia from 21 to 28 November 2026, the Carthage Theatre Days International Festival is organizing an International Symposium on the following theme:
« Funding and Production Systems and Their Impact on Establishing a Genuine Theatrical Life:
Trajectories Across the World and Their Realities in Arab and African Countries »
This call for contributions is open to researchers, artists, producers and distributors wishing to submit a paper addressing one of the themes outlined in the attached Concept Note.
Submission Guidelines
Applicants are kindly requested to submit:
- a curriculum vitae;
- an abstract (maximum 500 words), including:
- the selected theme;
- the main research focus;
- the methodological approach adopted.
Applications, together with the required documents, should be sent to the Festival Administration no later than 1 September 2026 at: colloquejtc@gmail.com
Authors whose abstracts are accepted by the Scientific Committee will be invited to submit the final version of their papers to the same email address no later than 10 October 2026, in order to ensure the timely publication of the Symposium proceedings.
N.B: The working languages of the symposium are Arabic, French, and English.
