Synopsis:
Margit, once a renowned stage actress, now lives in isolation and deep poverty in the basement of the theatre. The manipulative director, a firm believer in a class-based system, faces a dilemma when a famous writer comes to attend a rehearsal of his play. Lacking experienced actors, he turns to Margit to take on the leading role. Blending tragedy and comedy through a contemporary and experimental approach, the play delves into the suffering and precarious conditions of theatre artists highlighting a reflection of the universal struggles faced by creators around the world.
