The story follows two refugees in France, escaping oppressive regimes in their home countries. Forced to meet in exile, they can only communicate in French, a language they’re still learning, as their native tongues are different. Through the humorous lens of discovering the complexities of French language, Mohammed and Ahmed Malas mock the exile experience highlighting the two refugees linguistic challenges.
