Synopsis :
Hala, an imprisoned woman, comes from a family that believes in sacrifice for the husband. She realizes that love transcends social protocols and questions the nature of absolute love between humans and the celestial. The present and the 13th century reflect each other, marked by wars, epidemics, and a moral crisis in humanity and love. After reading a novel, she falls for the writer, who, battling cancer, resigns to his fate. Through him, she learns poetry via cinema, akin to how Jalal al-Din al-Rumi learned from his cousin, Shams al-Din al-Tabrizi. Pain always creates a new birth, a celestial dance.
