{"id":20616,"date":"2026-08-12T11:09:09","date_gmt":"2026-08-12T11:09:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jtcarthage.tn\/?p=20616"},"modified":"2026-08-12T11:40:01","modified_gmt":"2026-08-12T11:40:01","slug":"call-for-contributions-international-symposium-of-the-27th-edition-of-carthage-theatre-days","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jtcarthage.tn\/en\/call-for-contributions-international-symposium-of-the-27th-edition-of-carthage-theatre-days\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Contributions International Symposium of the 27th Edition of Carthage Theatre Days"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Call for Contributions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>International Symposium of the 27th Edition of Carthage Theatre Days<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As part of its <strong>27th edition<\/strong>, to be held in <strong>Tunisia from 21 to 28 November 2026<\/strong>, the <strong>Carthage Theatre Days International Festival<\/strong> is organizing an <strong>International Symposium<\/strong> on the following theme:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Funding and Production Systems and Their Impact on Establishing a Genuine Theatrical Life:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Trajectories Across the World and Their Realities in Arab and African Countries\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This call for contributions is open to <strong>researchers, artists, producers and distributors<\/strong> wishing to submit a paper addressing one of the themes outlined in the attached Concept Note.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Submission Guidelines<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Applicants are kindly requested to submit:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>a curriculum vitae;<\/li>\n<li>an abstract (maximum 500 words), including:\n<ul>\n<li>the selected theme;<\/li>\n<li>the main research focus;<\/li>\n<li>the methodological approach adopted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Applications, together with the required documents, should be sent to the Festival Administration <strong>no later than 1 September 2026<\/strong> at: <a href=\"mailto:colloquejtc@gmail.com\">colloquejtc@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Authors whose abstracts are accepted by the Scientific Committee will be invited to submit the final version of their papers to the same email address <strong>no later than 10 October 2026<\/strong>, in order to ensure the timely publication of the Symposium proceedings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>N.B<\/u><\/strong><strong>: <u>The working languages of the symposium are Arabic, French, and English.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_btn title=&#8221;Concept Paper&#8221;
