Synopsis:
The whole town is buzzing: she’s back after ten years away.
A long-awaited migrant, a symbol of success, everyone is counting on her to revive the local economy.
But to everyone’s shock, she has no intention of sharing her wealth or conforming to their expectations.
Doubt creeps in, masks fall, and greed rises.
How far will the townspeople and authorities go to claim her fortune?
This sharp, ironic political and social satire explores the illusions of migration, the corrupting force of power, the challenges of democracy, and the gender inequalities that shape our contemporary societies.
