Synopsis:
In a dark theatrical space, “Gregor” appears as a solitary dancer, trapped in repetitive gestures that embody the weight of everyday life.
Inspired by Franz Kafka’s “The Metamorphosis”, the play tells the story of Gregor Samsa, who wakes up one morning to find himself transformed into a gigantic insect. This metamorphosis shatters his existence and profoundly alters his family’s attitude shifting from pity to fear, disgust, and ultimately rejection.
Through a powerful and symbolic choreographic performance, the piece delves into universal themes of isolation, alienation, and psychological suffering.
