Synopsis:
Trapped in an Algerian desert coal mine during French colonization, eight people strive to break free from newfound enslavement. Amid an existential narrative, they seek liberation. “Tourab Al Jounun” (Land of madness) highlights mine workers’ active role supporting the Algerian revolution.
